At Outward Bound, young people take on adventures, overcome challenges and develop confidence and self-belief. These experiences are life changing.

Since September 2019 we have been supporting Outward Bound Trust (OBT) to help improve social mobility in the communities we work in by supporting the residential courses OBT runs to help give young people transferable skills.

Our three-year £1m partnership will enable us to help 2,400 young people through the funding of residential courses with the aim of supporting children near to our developments. As part of the residential courses, we will be able to place 82 employee ambassadors on the courses as mentors over the three years which will act as a personal development activity.
